Veteran Help
We offer veterans help with the home-buying experience, from start to closing. Resources are provided through contributions from two of our main sponsors, Approved Mortgage Source and Veterans Approved Title.
In the past, for veterans buying or re-financing homes, we have all helped them overcome a variety of obstacles, from closing costs, to helping them defeat stipulations that other lenders may have turned them down for in the past.
Our organization also have multiple local connections and a VA ambassador available to ensure that veterans are receiving the most of the benefits entitled to them.
If you are a vet and in need of ANY help, we offer creative solutions and fundraisers. No need is too small, if you are active military or veteran PLEASE reach out to us to see how we can help. You dont need to go without anything. Please e-mail us, we would be honored to do everything in our power to give back to you.
In the past, we have done everything from sponsoring local fundraisers to installing a wheelchair ramp on a gentleman's car. We are always willing to do our best for every veteran, whatever that may look like.
We are also proud to connect veterans, based on their need, with reputable local charities and helpful organizations within the communit
Stray/Animal Spay and Neuter Program
Stray cats are a serious problem in our community, The Approved Foundation stepped in to provide humanitarian aid to these animals by creating a spay, neuter and release/return program aimed at enriching the lives of local citizens and animals, alike.
As a result, TNR is an important part of ethically combating the endemic of loose animals in our community. We have been able to ethically cut down on a surge of loose-animal growth in Dodge County but more TNR efforts are needed!

Pay It Forward, Pay It Back
1 in 5 people in Dodge County live below the poverty line. After growing up without a safety net, The Scott family has developed a program that connects qualifying families and individuals with one-time financial aid or project assistance in exchange for either: service in the community OR repaying the foundation, to help fund others in need, in the future.
